Thousands of young people are dying from drugs in Kachin State, Myanmar. With the government failing to act, civilians formed “Pat Jasan” (meaning “Stop and Clean the drugs”) to eradicate the problem. This has led to violent clashes between the vigilante group and powerful drug lords.
