With some of the most entrenched conflicts on the planet in the backdrop, we see these conflicts through the eyes of the negotiators and learn of challenges and personal sacrifices as they try to resolve problems in the most difficult of circumstances. Negotiation is an inherent part of our lives. We all have to negotiate for everything all the time. It's something we carry in our DNA. Maybe we know that, but it doesn't make choosing the outcomes any easier.
